Production Manager

Task and Responsibilities- Responsible with th escheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing of technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.- To create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor and other resources required to complete the project.- Supervises progress of development project to estimates.- Compares the actual cost of development project to estimates.- Analyzes equipment, systems, processes and systems to identify modifications to improve efficiency, increase quality and reduce costs.- Collaborates with the operations department to identify and troubleshoot problems.- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.Skills and experience required- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management, engineering, systems design or other related field.- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Tampoi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
