Production Manager

Plan, organize direct and run optimum day-to-day operations, ensure production process run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.- Implement cost optimization and operating plan; plan work allocation; monitors and ensures production meet expectations regarding timing and results.- Commit to production environmental health and safety procedures and standards.- Assure that all employees follow established safety regulations, housekeeping and SOP- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, including staff shortages, all technical issues and machinery malfunctions.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM13,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- production: 8 years (preferred)- Metal stamping: 5 years (preferred)
