Production Officer/ Executive

Job Description To assist Production Managers ( Laminating & Converting) Managing, supervise and coordinate in daily operations matters Coordinating in maintenance & repairing works Continuous improvement in Production, Quality & Cost Monthly productivity & production reports Safety first mindset & enforcing safety requirements among the workforce. Develop & execute monthly production plans & manage day-to-day work activities ensuring the smooth running of production work and production quality products. Provide good leadership to the workforce driving them in achieving company goals & objectives. Effective in managing & controlling people including training, mentoring & disciplining within the company's guidelines & expectations. Prepare & submit production reports as required by Department Head. Knowledgeable in Mechanical & Electrical systems & has a keen sense of troubleshooting production machines. Quality control including quality non-conformity investigation & implementation of effective corrective actions. Requirement Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering/ Technical background. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Good communication skills & a team player with a good ability in working with other people. Prefer with hands-on experience & troubleshooting on production equipment. Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to read & comply with departmental procedures, processes and work instructions.Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
