Production Operator

Job Description

To perform daily production operations in feed milling to achieve maximum productivity target and ensure the processing procedures comply with HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities:

Perform efficiently the production processes in accordance to product specification and requirements. Abide to Health and Safety rules, eg ensure appropriate PPE are worn to prevent unforeseen accidents. Adhere to regulations, legislative and other procedures such as HACCP, Machinery Department, GMP standards and requirements. Carry out pest control measures against insect, bird, and rodents for the section as and when required. Document and report any discrepancies, potential risk or sign of infestation and quality deterioration accurately and promptly to relevant parties. To report and monitor any potential hazards and assist in taking corrective action. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications

Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment. Able to work rotating shift (7am-7pm/7pm-7am). Shift allowance are provided. Possess own transport.
