Production Planner

Responsibility and Authority 1. To plan, monitor and procure the materials as well other parts and resources needed to meet the product manufacturing 2. To determine required materials and generating PO within established procurement guidelines to support production plan 3. Maintaining and tracking raw materials and packaging inventory to ensure consistent and adequate supply for production 4. To co-ordinate with other depts in regard to purchase, sales demand & delivery, logistics matters, supplier payments, etc. 5. Liases with Sales team to determine customer requirements 6. Tracking production volume and monitoring finished goods inventory against customers demand 7. Evaluating customer order against materials availability to create suitable production schedules 8. Effecting changes to production schedules when it is needed to ensure customers order deadliness could be met Requirements: • Posses at least Diploma or equivalent • A minimum of 1 year experience in similar role and in manufacturing sector is required
