Production Planning Specialist

Requirements:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Mandarin speaking is an advantage.- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.- Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.- Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.- SAP system knowledge is an advantage.**Job Description**:- Coordination with the sales team and production regarding sales order.- Plan and schedule production schedule to meet delivery date.- Manage and plan for raw materials, packing and inventory control according to sales forecast and production capacity.- Prepare weekly and monthly master planning.- Checking product compatibility for production schedule and product remixing.- Issue Work Order to production.- Follow up items to be delivered as per Purchase Order.- Documentation and data filling.- Handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by Superior.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal allowance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Tanjung Langsat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Production Planning: 1 year (preferred)
