**Ensure adherence to production standards and discipline**:- Strictly follow work instructions (WI) in production- **Collaborate with R&D and Engineering departments for product/process evaluation**:- Ensure production output meets product specifications and quality requirements- **Plan and execute production activities to meet delivery schedule**:- Assist manager in troubleshooting and part failure analysis- Provide effective production flow and training to operators/technicians- **Monitor quality and output performance to achieve set targets/yield**:- Control material inventory and ensure smooth production operations- Manage machine spare parts and tooling inventory with Technician/Engineering- **Maintain good morale and discipline among the production line**:- Enforce 5S, safety, and environmental protection in the respective area**Requirements**:- Certificate/Diploma in Engineering/Manufacturing (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical).- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of SAP system is a plus.- **Applicants must be willing to work in Tebrau.****Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have working experience as Production Supervisor (HVC)?
