Production Technician / Operator

Positions**:Production Technician****Responsibilities**:- Carry out daily line / machine / equipment setup.- Responsible for loading / un-loading of product and machine operation.- Maintain machine reliable and safe manufacturing systems while maintaining and improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeover.- Respond immediately to equipment, machine, or and system breakdowns and investigate machine / equipment problems affecting production and reporting and advise for countermeasure.- To develop, monitor and sustain inspection program detect ability and efficiency to ensure quality of the product are fulfilled.- Maintain statistical record as needed for daily / shiftily yield, efficiency and effectiveness report and monitor the machine productivity & quality performance are met target setting.- Ensure that KPIs are monitored and targets achieved.- To develop, monitor and sustain inspection program detect ability and efficiency to ensure quality of the product are fulfilled.**Requirements**:- Preferably with experience and or background in equipment / machinery operation, diagnosing, troubleshooting and AOI.- Preferably with electronics & electrical background.- Requires knowledge / experience on electronic equipment / Automation Machine.- Knowledge in AOI & test equipment will be an added advantage.- Required to work in shift (Day/Night).**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Wirebond: 1 year (required)- SMT: 1 year (required)
