Project Admin

**RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:- Assist in maintaining proper filing system & record for project related documents/plans via electronically stored and/or hardcopy to ensure daily operation runs smoothly.- Assist to lliaise and work with all Departments on outstanding project matter.- Assist on documentations, correspondences and reports compilation.- To handle basic day-to-day administrative duties and responsible for general project admin support.- Assist to monitor and update superior on important tasks given and deadline.- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks when required and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the management from time to time.**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:a) Certificate / Diploma or higher in Building Technology / Civil Engineering or equivalent.b) Minimum 1-3 years working experience in related field.c) Well verse in Microsoft Office Software Application.d) Possess good written command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
