Project Administrator

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:- Plan and implement projects- Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for successful execution of projects- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques- Travel as needed to support project teams- Managed Purchase Order, Delivery Order and etc.- Managed quotation, Lampiran Q, Tender Submission and other related process.**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**- Diploma in Civil Engineering- Experience working with many types of files- Effective communication co-workers across departments- Ability to multitask- Willing to learn- Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure- Multi-tasking person- Marketing skill- Customer service skills- Knowledge of the English language- Fresh graduated are welcomed.Salary : RM1,500.00 per month**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
