Category:- Project Management- Industry:- Industrial Machinery / Automation Equipment- Location:- Puchong - Selangor- Education:- Bachelor Degree- Country:- Malaysia- Salary Range:- 9000-10000- Experience(Min):- 5-6years- Job Type:- Full Time Contractual- Requirement:- Bachelor's degree.- Minimum 5 years in Accounting / Finance in project environment.- Proven experience in industrial automation projects.- Project ERP or system knowledge.- Overall understanding of Industrial projects.- Responsibilities:- Report to AP PMO manager, Responsible for the project financial status update for the assigned projects in SEA.- Maintain project accounting information (project costing, revenue, margin, billing, vendor payment, man-hours, etc) supporting project manager.- Project Revenue and cost management : Work with Project team to ensure project revenue are recognized on time according to the project milestones and activities.- Responsible for monitoring and reporting all the costs related to the project regularly to PMO office and act like a "book keeper" accountant of the project.- Support internal audit and monthly update of project financial status.- Follow the established company project management processes under the leadership of the project manager.- Maintain Change order documents and calculate the financial impact to the project providing analysis of multiple scenarios.- To be full-time on-site with the project manager.- Ensure the accounting transparency of the project by working with the Project manager.- Any other tasks related to the project assigned by PMO.
