A Software Project Coordinator is responsible for project management responsibilities which include coordination and completing the project on time within the budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects by setting deadlines, assigning resources as well as responsibility on monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. Constantly providing reports for the upper management regarding project status.Apart from the above, will also work directly with clients to ensure requirements and deliverables are within the scope. The Software Project Coordinator will also need to coordinate with cross departments to ensure all aspect of the project is compatible.**; Requirements: - You will play an important role in**:- Ensure that all project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.- Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project cost with using appropriate verification techniques.- Manage the relationship with the clients and stakeholders.- Perform risk management to minimize project risk.- Create and maintain all-inclusive project documentation.- Communicating with clients on detailed ordering briefs and clarification on requirements of the project.- Monitoring and tracking on project performance, able to analyze the successful completion of short term and long-term goals of the project.- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared among clients and stakeholders.- Perform other related duties as assigned.- Presenting and updating reports defining project progress, problem and solutions.**Here's what we need from you**:- At least 2 years of working experience as a project lead or senior project coordinator.- Experience in Software Development Projects with Technical skills and understanding.- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking.- Excellent client and internal communication skills.- Strong leadership skills and critical thinking.- Possess negotiation skills in terms with clients and stakeholders.- Able to know and use risk management tools that are able to analyze potential develop risk mitigation strategies.- Strong problem-solving skills to solve problems and achieve a positive result.- Able to work independently as we as in a team.- Possessing knowledge/experience related to Fintech would be an added advantage.
