About you: The role of the Project Coordinator centres around the Professional Services sales opportunities and the optimisation of the Professional Services Engineer utilisation.The role requires self-starters due to the volume of new Customer requests and the need to work without direct supervision.This role also requires the individual to provide a liaising function between Customers, Sales, Engineers and key stakeholders. Day-to-day, you will: Provide project coordination on Customer projects/requests across the Professional Services portfolioHave a natural ability for customer relationship building and influencing internal stakeholdersBe comfortable coordinating multiple internal and client project resourcesBe the first point of contact for all internal key stakeholders and Customers for Professional Services opportunitiesEngage and work with customers from raised request to project/request closureIdentify the best resource for project and packets of Professional Services work based on skill set, location and availability and book accordinglyLiaise with Customer contacts to manage resource bookings in line with Customer availability and expectationAssist in providing insights in the production of monthly forecasting, revenue & utilisation reporting for Professional ServicesUpdate internal systems and reporting mechanisms with relevant booking information, timelines & schedulesWork in accordance with the company's policies and procedures As a well-rounded Project Coordinator, your Skills and Experiences likely include: Previous experience in Project Coordination or similar role desirablePrevious experience using Microsoft Office Applications requiredProactive works at pace, goal orientated with a strong delivery/milestone focusExcellent communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsAbility to forward planExcellent decision-making skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to problem solveAnticipate and address challenges that may arise in daily tasksCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to escalate issues as needed and drive resolution What does Access offer you?We are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do!
