Details of the offer

Job Description Responsibilities: Review and report the work progress on daily basis
Responsible for managing site activities including quality & safety
Control & direct supervise construction worker
Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of architectural and interior design works
Planning and organizing site activities, scheduling and controlling on progress of work within the budget and etc.
Coordinate and monitor sub-contractors progress to meet the timeline
To liaise and coordinate workflow closely between sub-contractors, projects and other departments
Evaluate, identify and resolve problem at construction sites.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years relevant experience in similar industry
Capable reading construction of drawing plan
Mature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess good interpersonal and leadership skill
Possess own transport & willing to travel
Computer literate of written & spoken English & B. Malaysia, Mandarin and other dialects will be added advantage
