Project Executive

Supporting the Sales & Marketing team in project management, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing out projects.- Reviewing construction drawing plans and preparing the entire project schedules and quantity requirements.- Documenting any changes in design and updating in schedules- Preparing summary reports, analyses, contracts and other documents- Work closely with the sales admin, furnishing the summary of door details and quantities for sales admin and purchasing team for material and production planning- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors- Ad-hoc assignment related to the specified scope of work as and when required.- Undertake other duties as directed by superior.**Job Requirements**:- Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years experience in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.- Must be proficient in the language English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as it requires to deal with different stakeholders.- Required skill in organizational, communication, customer service and IT- Excellent attention to detail and well versed in Microsoft ; Excel, Words, PowerPoint- Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Klang & willing to travel to site if necessaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
