Job SummaryKey Responsibilities- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.- **Project Execution**: Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure they align with the project plan, managing resources and adjusting plans as needed.- **Team Management**: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.- **Scope Management**: Define project scope and ensure adherence to project goals, avoiding scope creep.- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within budget.- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with client requirements.- **Change Management**: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, obtaining necessary approvals.- **Project Reporting**: Prepare regular project reports, outlining project status, key milestones, risks, and achievements.- **Project Closure**: Ensure proper project closure, including documentation, post-project evaluations, and lessons learned.Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 3 years (preferred)
