Project Manager (Horticulturist)

Plan, design, and implement landscaping projects, including the selection and arrangement of plants, trees, and other flora.- Propagate plants through various methods such as seeding, grafting, and cutting to maintain inventory and enhance biodiversity.- Planning, budgeting, and overall supervision- Overall planning of forage crop farm management including planting, harvesting, spraying, tilling & ploughing, and replanting program.- General farm workers management and supervision including evaluation and recruitment.- Planning, budgeting, and monitor fodder crops plantation projects such as rain gun sprinkler irrigation, special project planting, land clearing, infrastructure works etc.- Overall farm infrastructure works management and scheduling daily fodder crops (grass & forage corn) harvest.- Supervise farm machinery and tractor maintenance.- Sourcing of tractor and machinery parts.- Sourcing and ordering of fertilizers, nutrients, chemicals, and fertilizers.- Managing data and reports related to the work field.- To manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities at site.- To constantly perform spot-check/rounding to ensure no part of landscape areas are left unattended.- To manage and handle complaints and to provide / propose rectification plans to client.- Collaborate with landscape architects, gardeners, and groundskeepers to coordinate planting schedules and maintenance activities.- Research and stay updates on the latest horticultural trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance productivity and sustainability.- Others task assigned by management.**Job Details****JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT**- Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Executive- Experience Level- 3-5 years- Job Categories- Construction- Minimum Education Required- Diploma / Bachelor Degree qualification in Horticultural Science, Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent.- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- Motorcycle**SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS**- Salary**RM 3,800 to RM 4,500 per month**- Other Benefit (Optional)- BONUS, COMPANY TRIP, INCREAMENT, MEDICAL, EPF, SOCSO
