**RESPONSIBILITY**- Overseeing the site activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program- Monitoring site in coordinate the works of sub-contractors- To ensure all worker's implements and follow Project Rules & Regulation, Safety Rules & Regulations & Work Instruction.- To work out work program / Schedule- Ensure installation servicing and maintenance works are according to drawings, contract specifications and work schedule.- To attend valuation of progress claim (site measurement) with subcontractor- To verify the subcontractors' claim- To handle health & Safety (conduct HIRARC) & Quality Assurance & Non-Conformance in the project.- To lead the department personal to achieve department Objective.- To liaise between clients, authorities and subcontractors- Site surveying & prepare documents for site check list- Liaise with relevant authority for execution of works- Provide guidance to Engineer / supervisor in relation to site works, ensure progress according to schedule- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.- Site Operational Control.- Performance, Measured & Monitoring Procedure.- To establish, implement & update department Procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations & control documentation.- To involve in Quarterly Health & Safety Inspection / Quarterly Health & Safety Meeting, take action to reduce Quality / Health & Safety Issue.- To always aware of prevention & cost down by continual improvement.- As department trainer / Internal Auditor.- To prepare department report and present during Monthly Management Meeting. (If any)**REQUIREMENT**- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.- Minimum 5 years' experience in Construction / Engineering/ Utility Services or relevant fields.- Priority to **Underground Utility Services **background/experience.- Age 35 years old and above.- Site supervision and/or design experience is compulsory.- Self-motivated and a team player.- Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure- Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.- Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for Construction/Engineering/Utility- Strong analytical skills.- Leadership style and interpersonal skills suitable for directing, training and motivating subordinate staff.- Able to work independently without close supervision.- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is add advantage.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- What is your strength?- How old are you?- Where is your current location?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 5 years (required)
