In your new role you will: M- anage and execute defined transfer and conversion projects and sub-projects to achieve strategic project objectives: Scope, Budget and Time to project completion M- anage a medium sized project team with members outside the direct working environment to structure the project organization and define clear roles & responsibilities as well as the relevant interfaces C- oordinate and prepare Transfer and Conversion projects based on technical feasibility, product volume forecast in close alignment with the transfer portfolio management, division, technology experts and capacity planning C- oordinate the required subprojects of frontend technology transfer, test enabling, front-end-back-end interaction, backend readiness and product qualification and release to ensure the ramp readiness of the receiving Fab O- rganize reporting and meeting structure within the project; provide regular project status, appropriate and timely escalation of critical topics C- oordinate and prepare Change Requests for the projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have: D- egree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or a comparable qualification. M- ore than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with 2 years of experience in leading projects. P- roject Management skills (professional certification is an advantage) E- xperience of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization W- illingness to travel internationally from time to time, mainly to our locations in Europe and Asia E- xcellent English language presentation skillsIn our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.
