Project Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.- Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring that project tasks are executed according to the project plan.- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.- Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success.- Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to proactively address challenges.- Maintain regular, open, and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.- Provide status updates and ensure stakeholders are informed about project progress, changes, and challenges.- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, balancing workload and priorities.- Ensure that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities and have the necessary tools and support.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.- Ensure that projects are delivered within the approved financial limits.- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting budget variances.**Qualifications**:- **Bachelor's degree** in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.- Minimum **10 years working experience in Project Manager position** in the construction field.- **Experience and participating in the Flood Mitigation Project (Project Tebatan Banjir) would be a plus.**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.**Location Requirement**:- This position is based in **Sungai Lembing, Kuantan, Pahang.**:Pay: Up to RM13,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have experience or participated in the Flood Mitigation Project (Project Tebatan Banjir) before?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 10 years (preferred)
