Project Manager

Responsibilities- Set a project timeline, **Critical Path Method** (CPM) Scheduling.- Monitor project deliverables- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule- Status construction progress weekly- Ensure compliance safety- Collaborate, coordinate, plan and manage schedules with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team- Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites- Ensure all deadlines are met- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, local and state regulations are met- **Please indicate your expected salary in your CV / Resume****Requirements**:- Degree or equivalent experience- At least 10 Years of working experience- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.- Strong business acumen in project planning and management- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills- Familiar to work for JKR projectPay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftApplication Question(s):- When can you start?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 5 years (required)
