To maintain project schedules.To monitor and analyse project effectiveness by using qualitative and quantitative.To follow up for all relevant reporting progress and ensure to convey required project data and information of production/site progress.To gather actual data of material order quantity required based on project design requirement and follow up on material delivery.Gather all relevant actual data, update project schedule and production reports and site activities.To develop reliable schedule forecast and delivery schedule with support to or from project team and production team.
