In the project, System Assurance is defined as:SafetyRAMEMCOverall Verification & Validation CoordinationHe / She responsible for Systems Assurance related to Engineering, ITC & System Integration in various sub-systems include but are not limited to: Signalling, Rolling Stock, Power Distribution, COM, PSD & Depot.**Key responsibilities**:Plan, lead, drive and resource load the complete System Assurance works in a strict and pragmatic manner.Ensure the target always is in line with Alstom Safety and Business standards.Ensure processes are set up and followed, and KPIs are defined to clearly show the plan, progress, and success rate in all areas.Report to stakeholders - Project Management, Management, and Sr. Management in APAC, Management, and Sr. Management at customer.Coordination with external parties, specifically Independent Safety Assessors, official authorities, etc.Hands-on contribute and execute the tasks related to Systems Assurance - mainly focussing on Safety and RAM but also taking part in the other areas. Typically produce overarching Safety Plans, Safety Cases, RAM Plans and Reports, overarching V&V plan, and take active part in reviewing EMC Control Plans, EMC Reports, Requirement Management Plans, and CM Plans.Actively ensure and control a well-defined Change Management Process and Configuration Control Process. Take the active lead in Engineering CCB (Change Control Board), Project CCB, and HCB (Hazard Control Board).Actively manage System Risks from a Safety and Availability perspective.**Safety**: Ensure Hazard Identification and Management, actively participate in Hazard Workshops and ensure the involvement of all subsystems.**Availability**: Ensure overall availability targets are actively pursued and met by all subsystems.Actively manage Project and Performance Risks and Opportunities. Work with identification of mitigation actions towards project risks and pursuit of any opportunities for variation orders and increased benefit for the project and the client.Taking the overall RAMS Lead for the Project and coordinating and chairing all RAMS-related meetings internal and external. Responsible for all RAMS document submissions.**Key Requirements**:Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering.Training in safety standards and similar (e.g. Yellow Book, CENELEC) is a plus.Training in RAM analysis is a plus.Relevant experience from similar projects.Experience of Project Delivery from Supplier or Consultant.Well-versed and experienced in relevant standards for Railway Applications.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
