Project & Service Engineer

Job Description Lead the design, implementation and execution of system integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.  Developing and control the full project-plan lifecycle and identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements, acquire necessary research and materials or tools, project site evaluation for project execution.  Clarify and communicate project scope of supply, explain engineering design, process flow diagram and plans with customers confidently and precisely.  Conduct site visits to assess client needs, conduct installations and deliver training sessions to end-users on system operation and maintenance best practices.  Produce detail engineering design on the process according to respective standard (GEP and GMP) and create process flow diagram, layouts, 3D drawing and effective presentation on processes via FDS, Functional Design Specification.  Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute project plans according to project requirements, standard, quality and safety compliance, local authorities, third party inspection, process warranty and after sales services.  Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications,  schematics and user manuals.  Perform maintenance on the process equipment and restore equipment to normal operating condition and produce service report.  Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to system performance, maintenance and upgrades.  Assist customers to plan intervals of preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory, analyse risk and recommend consumable and critical spare parts purchase.    Qualifications  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related engineering field. Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in any engineering field. Strong interpersonal skills and confident. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work comfortably with people at all levels. Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player. In-dept technical knowledge in engineering field. Technical minded, attentive learner and detail-oriented. Problem solving skill. Able to travel locally and overseas.
