Project Support Officer

Salary: RM2,500Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 5:30PM) Saturday (8:30AM - 12:30PM)Location: Tuanku Jaafar Industrial Park, SerembanJob Responsibilities:- Identify scope of work, what products to fabricate, sub-assembly etc must work closely with QS/PMT.- Document control: Must be able to identify the revision drawings are reworkable, non-reworkable, need to bill or FOC.- Material control: Must be able to define the job order issued can be done with available resources/materials.- Must be able to read simple drawings, calculate the weight and the area for billing.- Must be able to know the status of all the job order done, delivered etc.- Must be able to optimize the materials properly to ensure less wastage.- Must be able to point out the document, drawing problems that will hinder the production process.- Must be able to capture all the NNCM'S that need replacements as part of document control.- Prepare all the packing list for delivery.- Prepare materials and monitor sub-cons work flow for all the job orders.Job requirements:- Diploma/Degree in any field.- Minimum 1 year working experience in production environment.Pay: RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday
