As Myra's Property Consultant, you will be tasked with helping our customers on their home-owning journey, making the purchase of their biggest, most-prized possession, easy and exciting!Key Responsibilities:-As a people person, your job is not to sell but to consult and help our customers find their dream home.-You will need to be to analyse and provide important feedback on market trends and competitors packages so we can one up them!-Competent in calculating loan eligibility. Help our customers see what they're able to afford.-Smooth talk our customers into placing a booking for our homes!-Customer service-oriented and maintain a good relationship with customers to increase referral sales.Interested? Requirements:-Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.-Self-motivated, positive and ability to deliver result even the going gets tough.-To have at least 1 year of relevant experience in property sales/ property developer or real estate industry but fresh grads who are hungry to learn are welcomed!-Must be able to work 6 days a week.-Must have own transport.-Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate or Equivalent.-Comfortable being based in Salak Tinggi, Puncak Alam or Sepang.
