Purchaser (Mandarin Speaker)

**Requirements**:1. Preferred 1 year of working experience in the related field2. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English/ Mandarin ( Myst, Need to communicate with China supplier) and good communication skills4. Microsoft word and excel experience preferred.**Responsibilities**:- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate the best price.- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.- Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Store / Sales department etc.- Experience deal with overseas shipment (China).- Experience with bargain prices.- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.- Updating all records of purchased products.- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
