Purchasing Assistant - Construction Field

PREFERABLE MALAY WOMANResponsible to:- Prepare inventory management for projects- Make sure the accurately received storage, retrieval, and distribution of goods- Assist all purchasing activities for construction projects- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system- Do physical stock verification, and preparation of monthly stock statements/reports as per timeline for every projects / sites- Match and verify supplier invoices/delivery orders against submission of all invoices- Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to Finance Department- Source materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals- Coordinate with the project team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled- Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support operations- Do proper filing for the both purchasing and stocks**Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree In Business Management / Any Relevant specialized in purchasing especially in **construction line**:- Preferably 1 year of working experience or 1 year project management experience in construction field.- **Positive working attitude, independently and hardworking.**:- **Preferable : Female**:- Able to work long hours.& under pressure environment.- Possesses strong credibility for problem solving skill, detail-oriented and committed to work and task.- A highly motivated team player with strong influence to surrounding, interpersonal and communication.- Have driving license & Own a transport.- Other Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MEDICAL ALLOWANCEPay: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/15/2024
