Purchasing Assistant

To review the purchase orders for compliance with corporate policy.- To ensure accurate purchase order prices and vendor cataloging.- To verify purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.- Assist in the preparation and management of the departmental budget.- To ensure items are purchased in a timely manner and at the lowest cost.- Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.- Order special products in a timely manner.- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.- To perform other duties as directed by superior.**Requirements**:- **Fresh Graduate is welcome.**:- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to maintain own stand even under pressure.- Able to work independently without supervision.- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Rambai, Melaka.**Benefits**- EPF and SOCSO Contributions- Insurance Coverage for PA & Hospitalization- Free Lunch- Free Uniform- Free Medical Treatments- Recreation Club- Car park- Annual salary increment- Annual Bonus**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal providedSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus
