Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel- No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia- Able to interact with people at all levels- A positive learning and working attitude- Prepare Sales Orders / Purchase Orders to suppliers.- Ensure the compliance of Purchasing Department's SOP to meet the business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets.- Communicate, monitor and track the update from supplier on goods readiness/delivery to ensure that the committed lead time is complied with.- Be proactive in resolving any delivery & quality problems encountered by coordinating with both customers & suppliers.- Maintain proper records and documentations of Purchase Order, Delivery Schedule and related reports,- Maintain supplier database, purchase/ stock information, inventory reports and variances.- Liaise with Accounts/ Finance Department on invoice, payment and credit issue.- Maintain Stock spare part- **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
