Purchasing Executive

Job responsibilities:- 1. Report to Contract & Procurement manager2. Maintaining proper and updated records relevant to the functions of purchase cycle - documents initiating purchases, confirming purchasing, confirming delivery and latest price list from suppliers3. Liaison with various internal departments with regards to material/service requirements4. Liaison with external parties on matters relating to procurement matters - contractors, suppliers, authorities etc5. Initiate corrective action if any non-conformity with regards department's objective and procedures is detected6.
