Purchasing Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Get quotation from the relevant supplies- Responsible for preparing Purchase Order, recording, filling and all aspects of the purchasing function- Cost negotiation with supplier & cost analysis- To assist in project claims preparation & progress payment to sub-contractor- Maintain cost database & sub contractor**Requirements**:- SPM Level or Equivalent and is Computer Literate- Min 5 yrs exp. In Construction field with minimun supervisor- Able to work independently and excellent communication skills- Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Bahasa & Chinese- Able to commerce work immediately & possess own vehicle would be an added advantage- Willing to work long hours when required- 5 working day, 9am - 5pm**MERGER INSIGHT BUILDERS SDN.
