About The Job Monitoring all Purchase Requisition receive and request for quotation and place order To ensure all the purchases in the right source, quality, quantity, delivery and price To negotiate for the best prices and payment term for every purchase while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and services. Track orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Job Requirements Independently with minimum supervision and a team player. Able to work in a challenging & fast-paced environment. Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result-driven.
