Purchasing Executive

**Job Descriptions**:- To purchase materials for project construction, furniture manufacturing, factory maintenance & general items requested by the department with the right quantity and right price and ensure goods are delivered on time.- To source new suppliers, update new vendor list, request quotation & update price comparison.- To prepare & follow up on the delivery schedule with suppliers. To check monthly usage & balance stock of packaging material & cushion line material.**Job Requirements**:- A minimum of 3 years working experience in purchasing related field is required for this position.- Preferably executive specializing in furniture and construction material purchase.- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.- Strong supplier connections (overseas and local contacts) will be an advantage.- Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)
