Purchasing Executive

Issue purchase order & cutting list in system and place order to suppliers- Assist in generating of monthly report and upload of monthly supplier invoice and prepared for payment- To follow up orders and materials with suppliers.- Other ad-hoc task as assigned**REQUIREMENTS**:- **Has experience in construction field (aluminium & glass)**:- Possess at least Diploma or higher qualificatoins- Required Skill(s): Basic knowledge in Book Keeping, Computer - Excel, Words- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English- Possess own transport**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
