Purchasing Executive - Pasir Gudang (Ref: Av)

**Description: Supplier development and management**:1. Ensure new suppliers are registered and update into system accurately.2. Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements.3. Ensure supplier to provide and update the quality documents as required under ISO procedure; where applicable.4. Source and qualify potential vendors in term of payment term, quality and service for potential future development**Description : Purchase requisition processing.**1. Review and ensure purchase requisition is completed with necessary details and obtained authorised approval before proceed for PO issuance.2. Ensure Purchase Order is processed effecively into system acurately.3. Forward PO to supplier upon obtain management approval.4. Monitor and ensure timely deliver of goods.5. Check and confirm the pulling schedule with planners.6. Coordinating with supplier and warehouse/logistic department on shipment arrangement.**Description: Cost reduction programme & Non conformance/unacceptable goods or service claims.**1. Participant in cost reduction programme to assist meet company target.2. Monitoring and updating purchase price list.3. Communicate with supplier on the defect material disposition.4. Work closely with QC department for non conformance settlement.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Purchasing: 3 years (preferred)- manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
