Purchasing Executive (Taiwan Market)

**Job Scopes**- Procurement of packaging materials for factory use.- Procurement of local chemicals for factory use.- To assist in purchases of trading items from overseas and following up with the shipping documents.- To keep superior inform on the market trend of materials.- To look into way of improving the cost by liasing closely with vendors and production such as recommend cheaper replacement materials or source.- To assist in monitoring local chemicals delivery.- To assist Engineering Department purchase of maintenance parts.- To in charge of SST and duty exemption matter.- To assist in purchase of miscellaneous items.- To assist in ordering labels for production and other department use.- To assist in issuing the purchase order for other department.- To assist in getting buyer of the scrap materials.- To assist in keeping the internal record for appropriation file.**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM with experience 3-5 years.- Good negotiation skill- Computer literate- Able to read, speak and write in English proficiently. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage for Taiwan market.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- the: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
