Purchasing Junior Clerk

Job Highlight:- **With own transport**:- SPM/STPM (required)- 2-3 years of work experience.- Computer proficiency, particularly in spreadsheets software such as Microsoft Excel.- 5 working days, Monday-Thursday:8:30am-6:00pm; Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm- Location: Klang Utama**Job Description**:- Performs data entry and filing tasks for purchase orders, good received notes, etc.- Ensure that orders received are accurate.- Update internal database with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)- Follow up with suppliers as needed, to confirm or change orders.- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.- Distribute stock received according to requisition form.- Buying grocery items at nearby shop.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Wear Mask, Swab Test**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- CLERICAL CLERK: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (required)
