Purchasing Officer

**Job Descriptions: -**Responsible for purchasing of Food & Beverage ingredients, and sourcing of suppliers and negotiating for the right cost all the time- Liaise with Head Chef to plan ahead for all purchases including raw ingredients, cutlery sets, maintenance parts, etc.- Works with multiple vendors/suppliers - evaluate and determine the best deals for the company based on various factors including price, quality, speed of delivery and other related factors- Analyze and keep track of pricing trends, market demands to identify the best timing and price to purchase- Prepare purchase order and monitor on deliveries for incoming goods- Ensure suppliers and services meet the Company's requirements in terms of product specification, quality and reliability standards- Perform other duties as and when delegated**Job Requirements: -**- Good knowledge in purchasing management and supply chain especially in Food & Beverage industry- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and knowledge- Team player, proactive, good attitude, has a good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Have career growth to lead the whole procurement department- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Supply Chain or equivalent- At least 2 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).Interested, please send your resume complete with current and expected salary to 012-5288302**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- relevant: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Chinese (required)
