Purchasing Officer

Contacting suppliers, Issue PO, Receiving goods- Researching online or offline for goods or services meeting the departmental needs- Ensures compliance with halal requirements and updating of system- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing- Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Review quality of purchased products- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Tanah Rata: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting with some Purchasing: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English and BM (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
