Perform buy off and sampling inspection for internal process, out going and incoming parts. - Update checklist and inspection report - Ensure quality control procedure being adhered - Able to work shiftProduct Design We offer product design, mould-flow analysis, design-for-manufacturability and prototyping during project research and development. Moulds, Tools & Dies We fabricate, assemble, trial shots and provide reports on First Article Inspection (FAI) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Die Casting We operate high pressure die casting of non-ferrous metals (mainly aluminium and zinc) with highly automated facilities. Precision Machining We operate precision CNC machining including specific purpose machining and ultrasonic washing. Secondary Processes We operate deburring, tumbling, shot-blasting, buffing and polishing processes. Coating & Surface Finishing We manage powder coating, spray painting and plating through our network of specialised business partners.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
