QAQC Planning - Collaborate with the project team to develop a comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan tailored to the specific requirements of the Segment Box Girder Project. This plan should outline strategies, processes, and procedures to achieve and maintain quality standards. Quality Compliance - Ensure that all project activities, materials, and workmanship align with project specifications, engineering standards, and relevant codes. Promptly address any deviations or non-conformities. Inspections and Audits - Conduct regular inspections and audits of project activities to verify compliance with quality requirements. Document findings, generate reports, and work closely with the project team to implement corrective actions when necessary. Testing and Analysis - Conduct materials testing and ensure that all materials used in the project meet the required standards. Analyse test results and collaborate with the project teams to address any issues. Collaboration - Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality-related challenges, resolve issues, and ensure that project milestones are achieved without compromising on quality. Training and Awareness - Provide training to project personnel on QAQC procedures, quality standards, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement among the project team. Risk Management - Identify potential quality risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement proactive measures to prevent quality-related delays or rework. Documentation - Maintain organized and up to date QAQC records, including inspection reports, test results, and documentation of deviations or non-conformities. Ensure that all project documentation is readily accessible. Continuous Improvement - Continuously seek opportunities to improve project quality and efficiency. Implement lessons learned from previous projects and stay updated on industry best practices.
