In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes and obtaining Halal approval for our products, guaranteeing that our peanut candies meet the strict Halal criteria. Your expertise in quality control and Halal regulations will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a trusted provider of Halal-certified treats. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control: 1. Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure the consistent delivery of top-quality products. 2. Conduct thorough inspections and tests at various stages of the production process to uphold our stringent quality standards. 3. Analyse data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes and product quality. 4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions. 5. Monitor and maintain the calibration of testing equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results. 6. Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities, and take necessary corrective actions. 7. Conduct root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive measures to minimize quality issues and improve overall performance. 8. Provide comprehensive training and education to employees on quality control procedures and best practices. Halal Compliance: 9. Familiarize yourself with Halal regulations and certification requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of the criteria for Halal approval. 10.
