Details of the offer

Responsible to prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration- Distribute material shop drawing, calling supplier quotation and tender coordination- Taking-off quantities and cost planning- Prepare catalogue for submission- Follow up tender submission status- Liaise with purchase department in prepare material list and sample board- Assist in daily administrative works, or any ad-hoc task.**Requirements**:- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.)- Must be computer literate- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia- Responsible, organized, good personality and positive attitude- Careful, stressful, and able to bear certain work responsibilities- Preferable have knowledge in AutoCAD- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
