**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Performs quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit process and procedures, provides trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes where requiredEnsures the desired quality standards are reached by sharing the audit results on a defined frequencyCreates error trend analysis, scorecards and proposes immediate action plans to operations and conduct training refresher if neededResponsible for confirming, managing and improving compliance with Company's Quality Framework and/or quality certifications using Company''s methodologyDevelop and maintain quality audit processes/proceduresActs as point of contact for updates on knowledge and proceduresRetain skills in functional area of expertise through frequent "on the role" experiences and ongoing education, training and certificationEnsure high quality work products and processes, e.g.Fact based findings followed and provide coaching to operationsComply with Accenture standards, procedures and policies and where relevant the client's policies and practices**KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**Having experience as Quality auditor 1-3 years in the BPO industry or1 - 2 years' experience in Operations (TL/SME) with excellence quality metricsAbility to collaborate with other stakeholders such Operation, Training, Policy or ClientExcellent oral and written communication skills.Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.Good knowledge of Training strategy and facilitationGood knowledge of language of the countries supported is an advantageHaving experience or certification on quality framework either one (COPC/Lean/Six Sigma/Agile)**12 months contract position (conversion to Permanent role based on performance)****Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
