We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure the proficiency & optimal functioning of laboratory in order to get the accurate results & lead a small team of Quality Assurance Assistants to ensure microbiological/ chemical/ sensory analytical services or specific services in raw/-pack/finished goods for the factory. A day in the life of...• Lead and motivate the team in the achievement of their objectives.• Develop and maintain competent professionals in laboratories • Contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.• Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.• Responsible for the correct and cost-efficient functioning of the laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of • Equipment to carry out analyses, internal and external quality control.• Responsible for the correct and on time reporting of results to customers and the follow-up of any customer complaints.• Responsible in matters related to instrumentation, analytical monitoring and Good Laboratory Practice.• Responsible for the adequate follow-up on results of proficiency tests• Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in the area of technical expertise.• Contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs.• Set operational objectives in collaboration with the Factory Quality Manager.• Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.• Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.• Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.• Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.What will make you successful• Have experience working in Microb Lab• Demonstrated leading QAA/lab technician• Experience in UHT operations (at least 2 years)• Leadership and people development skills.• Able to set priorities and delegate activities.• Able to work under pressure
