Quality Control Manager-Concrete Manufacturing

- Position: QC Manager
- Salary: RM 6000-8000.
- Location: Senai, Johor.

Our client is the leader in specialist construction products, precast concrete production. Today they are leading supplier of concrete,aggregate and precast cast products in the region. Their production plants are based at Senai, Johor. Due to some new projects, they are currently looking for a Quality Control Manager to join their production team at Senai in Johore.
Responsibilities
Responsible implement the quality plan ISO 9001 quality procedures and work instructions.
Responsible for quality control of product and maintain the products standard and quality.
Ensure that testing of raw materials,supplies,equipment used are carried out as defined in the Quality plan.
Assist in developing and improving internal quality Assurance processes whilst requiring compliance to external quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as PQP, MS, ITP,etc.
Liaison with external party, ie. Auditor, clients,consultant and authority.
Take part in internal auditing for the organization multiple management system.
Ensure compliance to company HSE requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of managing quality standards and working to ISO 9001.
-Bachelor Degree in Building/Civil Engineering.
-Minimum 5 years experience as a QC Manager in a precast concrete production environment.
-Well versed in ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
-Experienced in managing more than 20 quality staff.
-Experience in similar industry i.e. precast concrete manufacturing,testing and QA/QC documentation would be ideal.
-Possess good auditing skills and fluent with construction workflow.
-PC literate.
-Pleasant personality,matured and able to work under minimum supervision.
-Able to work under tight deadlines and energetic team player.
-Possess inter-personal skills.
