Quality Control / R&D Executive

Job Description As a Quality Control / R&D Executive specializing in plastic material, your main role includes managing & handling plastic Extrusion / injection troubleshooting & plastic Formulation designing.
You also will have the opportunity to support the product development including the on-going optimization of the product portfolio regarding quality & margin.
This role strengthens the technical support to customers & internally to QA, QC, R&D, Sales, Management & Production team members in responding to customer needs of quality product & service.
You will also play an important role in:
Colour matching development.
Project development & support on-site trial.
Process quality control inspection.
Monitor QC staff competency & lab equipment consistency.
Technical support of colour pigment sourcing & manufacturing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry.
At least a Diploma in Material Science/ Chemistry/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering.
Extra Points when we assess your applications:
