Service Technician

1. To assist in maintenance and predictive maintenance plan, inspect complete machine setup, machine installation, ensure conformance to machine design specification, daily tracking of machine downtime and comply with standard operational procedure at sterile packing area.2. To promote and uphold a culture of regulatory compliance, safe and conducive work environment.3. To carry out machine troubleshooting for sterile plant machinery and facilities. If any problems arise in SVP sterile packing area.4. To be involved in spare parts procurement and inventory.5. To ensure all auditable documents for machines and equipment are updated on time.6. Train junior staff in machine setting, proper maintenance of machine and good housekeeping, and other training pertaining to GMP and sop's related to sterile packing area.7. Ensure the operators strictly adhere to GMP requirements at all time.8. Report to the production executive/manager if any default structure is observed in the production area as well as if there are machine problems.9. Ensure safety working environment is maintained10. To perform any related jobs as required and direct by management.11. To assist in commissioning, equipment performance qualification (PEG), installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ) together with machine supplier/validation team.12. To come out with daily report on monitoring and inspection of machinery and equipment in sterile packing areas.13. To facilitate the NPCB and ISO audit and be involved in the department audit as and when required by management.**Job Requirements**:1. Diploma/SKM/DKLM/Certificate in mechanical engineering or any other relevant field.2. 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or any related industry that applies GMP.3.
