Quantity Survey/ Contracts Management Officer

Location: SelangorBusiness Nature: Precast IndustryWorking Hours: Monday to Friday office hours**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.- Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.- Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.- To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.- Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.- Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- 1-2 years relevant experience**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday
